You know how I was just going to chill out about the whole Brighton Marathon thing and I am doing enough running so I wasn’t going to do a plan, well yeah I have done a plan. I can’t not, it’s like its built in me and I need a plan – it keeps me on track and helps me mentally feel like I can actually do this. I’ve added a few friends onto the plan who are also doing marathons this year, then I added some colour and then more tabs for the rest of the year…. We have a lot of events this year you know. Guys, don’t run off! I’ll only send weekly updates…..
